Just curious who maintains the ebuild files? I have found a few things that I like to use that don't have the "sparc" or "~sparc" keyword in them. I add them localy, and they seem to compile fine, so I would see any reason why they wouldn't get added to the distro. (rxvt for example) |

cool. so should I e-mail him and tell him its probably safe to add the ~sparc keyword, or how does one go about getting things added to that? |

I believe you should use Bugzilla (https://bugs.gentoo.org) to request keyword changes and/or additions.
