такое подзрение что нужно всё собирать статиком :) может есть ещё причины ?

Хех, там трабла очевидно из-за ~x86. apache битый :( Столкнулся на ворке с этой траблой. mod_php даже так segfault давал. С x86 веткой всё цивильно.
