Hi
When I run Matlab 7, it crashes after a while with the following error message in the shell:

X Error of failed request: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)

I'm using Matlab 7 R14.
Has anyone experienced this? |

It seems you are not alone, and it is not specific to Gentoo, see here. Unfortunately, it does not give a solution.

But I dont think that it's a general Linux problem. I've installed Matlab on Mandrake 10.1 and it worked fine.
Has anyone managed it, to install Matlab on Gentoo? |
