Hi people.
I have about 80 CD's that I want to rip to FLAC (free lossless audio codec) or Ogg Vorbis format; preferably FLAC. Can anybody out there advise me of a simple piece of command line software which rips CD's and grabs the meta (artist/track etc) information from the internet. I want as little manual intervention as possible so I can power through all 80 CD's.
Thanks

Hey Leafo
Thanks alot. People on this forum seem to be really helpful. I'm gonna have to seed it with what knowledge I have to keep it going. That software seems absolutely perfect! I'm having a really good time with my gentoo system.
