open eap & tkip wep128 = The big challenge

Hi everyone

I'm trying to connect to my work network and here is what the network admin gave to me about our wireless network

authentication: open eap
encryption mode: ciphers tkip wep128

Can I connect to this wireless network using my Gentoo linux ? and how to do it since I am not that big in wireless

also I remember it's also has something to do with PEAP protocol


BTW: my wireless can id Intel 2100
