I can't find it in portage, but it would be nice since ppoe si not usable in my country for ADSL. Has anyone gotten it to work on gentoo?
Is there an alternative to it?
Well it's not that hard to comile myself and maybe make an ebuild if no one is already doing so...

Dear Rukhoven,
Could you please tell me what is necessary to use Gentoo with ADSL in Austria? Maybe you can provide some weblinks? Or have you already written an ebuild for that?
I appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Dom |

I did an emerge ppp and I saw some things about PPPoE in the output when emerging ppp, when it was finishes I installed ADSL4Linux, but it doesn't work
it simply says I can't login, any ideas?
I might have PPPoE support enabled in the kernel, could that be a problem?
Thanks in advance,
sam |
