Start aplications on lgoin with e16 and Entrance

How can I start applications such as imwheel and xmodmap on lgoin using entrance?. I have looked all over the forums and the net and cannot find the answer. Somebody must know. I know with graphical apps you can ask E to remember but what about background cli apps?
