is it possible to change the name of the lost+found directory for ext2 and ext3 file systems? i'd like to make it a hidden directory, .lost+found, instead. thanks, slate

there are some notes in that thread on creating an alias to get rid of all 'lost+found' entries in the list. the other solution is to patch e2fsck...

for the time being, i'll just live with it...
