Ok so first time installing from stage 1 and not using genkernel. It all works so far except i cant get in into 1024x768. I set the VESA to use vesafb-tng. I'm not sure what the video option is supposed to be. Here is my grub. conf

Ok so i probably didn't need that but I wanted it and didnt know I could get it. But it turns out it was the grfx card. the old POS I had didnt want to work right i guess cause i switched it for a better one and it works. Thanks tho that is sweet! |
