allora vi spiego:
riavvio e non va piu' altgr e non avevo fatto nulla che potesse c'entrare su XORG,
il fatto e' che sulla modalita' testuale va, dalla sessione di X da root va, l'unica che non va e' dallas essione di X da user
hoc ercato nel forum in italiano in inglese, ho provato a cambiare il layoutda it a it_IT e copiare xkbcomp in lib/X11/xkb
ecco la keyboard su xorg

risolto dasolo dopo una mattinata di ricerche sul forum e chat  
allora non so coem non potevo scrivere con user /var/tmp
vedendolod a un log di X allra ho impostato chmod 1777 Tmp
e ora va, perche' non riusciva a creare la mappa della tastiera |
