I've tried several kernel builds trying to get the ethernet working.
The 2005.0 minimal install cd loads the lan driver but once I boot into my configured system it won't load.
The chipset for the lan is a VIA VT6103 10/100 Onboard.
Are there any drivers for this?
If I have to then I'll load a pci lan card. I've got a NC100 sitting around here somewhere.
Thanks

Got it.
I thought I had checked everything. And I had, but my eye saw what it wanted to see.
In /etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.6
I had via_rhine as a module to autoload. Once I changed it to via-rhine with the dash instead of the underscore, life is good. |
