|
|
When gentoo boots it give this error
Code: | Problem starting needed services
"netmount" was not started. |
I tried recompiling the kernel then end up doing genkernel and it still doesn't work. I have no idea what kind of eth card it is.
When i try ifconfig eth0 up
it gives
Code: | eth0: unknown interface: No such device |
Thank you, _________________ Orangeman

Is it an onboard card, or an add-in one. 100Mbit, 1Gbit?
emerge pciutils
then use lspci to find out what the card is so you cna add / load the relevant module? _________________ Tim
