How do you consider this a bufferoverflow? Heck, how do you even think we can help without any log file entries. First of all, what is killing the process? What do your log files say for the system during this time? For apache during this time? (please only paste information from the logs pertaining to the apache/killing issue and not others, so that the pastes are not cluttered). Have you searched the bugzilla system at all? Could this possibly be a known issue with AMD64?

i've looked for and this is not an amd64 prob or memory module (at least in found nothing in any forum or site in google)
but found the same problem (as memory leak) in some posts in other sites , but no solution for them too. |

I am going to have to say its definately an issue with the AMD64 & oom-killer kernel function. When googling for amd64+oom-killer I find the following occurances which tend to make me think that alot of things are having problems.
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=amd64+oom-killer
Have you tried switching kernel versions?
