They released the first version of the lincity revitalization project. I'm excited. Anyone have an ebuild? I'll work on writing one later but I don't have the time and the moment. Here is the link to the home page.

Well it's not a 3d version, it's still 2d just with vastly improved graphics.
The actual project is called 'GotM' [Game of the Month] where developers club together to revitalise an ailing or stalled free software game. So far there has been work on Super Tux (successful), Tuxkart (not so successful) and Lincity (successful).
The name GotM is somewhat of a misnomer since the development efforts usually span several months. _________________ Want Free games?
