Hello!
Is there any software that lets an sysadmin to audit every anything that any user is doing?
I mean, that whith syslog one can trace the user logins / sudos etc etc. We would like to go a little bit further and log also files opened (maybe /etc ones) or programs executed.
It would be nice also to be able to generate reports or browse tha logged information in HTML or similar. The people who has to review the reports is not linux expert people
Thanks

You could force the user to use script. This tracks all commands the user types and logs in to a file. _________________ -- erol |
