I have installed ndiswrapper and drivers rtl 8180 and....

Have you recently re-compiled your kernel? If so, you will (probably) need to re-emerge ndiswrapper.

According to the ndiswrapper site, it looks like you dont have wireless networking enabled in your kernel. You should double-check this and recompile if necessary. The ndiswrapper FAQ page (with the problem on it) is:
