Sto cercando di installare zapping sul mio amd64
ma come si vede http://packages.gentoo.org/search/?sstring=zapping non esiste per amd64
e' possibile installare un ebuild x86 su amd64 ?

aggiungi la keyword ~x86 in /etc/portage/package.keywords, e se il programma dovesse funzionare bene segnala la cosa nel bugzilla di gentoo, così gli sviluppatori provvederanno ad aggiungere la keyword ~amd64

le cose son 2:
  • o stai usando delle ottimizzazioni troppo aggressive
  • oppure il programma in questione ancora non è propnto ad essere compilato su architettura x64

prova ad usare ottimizazioni standard nelle CXFLAGS, se la cosa non dovesse funzionare dovresti segnalare la cosa ai rispettivi autori del software, che provvederanno a risolvere il problema
