salve forum,
ho una "fantastica" Quadro4 550 GoGL che però non riesco a far andare corettamente.
Ho un problema di visualizzazione.
in pratica il monitor è tagliato in 4 parti:

In A vedo lo schermo con tutto il desktop visualizzatto coretto.
in B vedo delle righe stile arcobaleno . (sembrano zone di memoria non inizializzate)
in C vedo la parte di A alta duplicata
in D vedo delle righe stile arcobaleno.
C'è poi una riga bianca spessa circa 10 pixel che divide la zone A e B da C e D
Un tempo con dei vecchissimi driver di nvidia funzionava tutto ma ora il kernel è cambiato, xorg ha sostituito xfree ed anche i driver di nvidia sono troppo avanti.
In pratica sono costretto ad usare i driver open che funzionano perfettamente ma non accelerano molto :/
Ho cercato nei forum in inglese ma non ho idea di come descrivere il problema in maniera coincisa e completa... l'impressione però è che non ci siano altre essere umani con questo problema :/
Ho notato che le dimensioni dello schermo restituite da xdpyinfo è 1400x1050 anzichè 1600x1200.
Qualcuno ha informazioni su come risolvere questo problema? Se non risolvo posso chiedere supporto a nvidia facendo un bug submit?
