I installed successfully PIV 3Ghz, HT on, using the JACKASS project and freezing at GCC 3.4.3 without any problems.
I was trying to build UML kernel with "make linux ARCH=um" on both gentoo and vanilla kernels 2.6.11.10 and it ended with this error:
Code: |

I tried to install plain Gentoo 2005.0 host machine without NPTL enabled and running stable GCC 3.3.5.
There was my try with UML guest successful.
So generaly - is it posible to run UML guest on host with NPTL enabled kernel?
If yes - is it recommended? Any comments?
