emerge kde-meta problems

Hi all,

Did put a post under Portage but I'm really not sure that was the best place to put it.

I'm having real problems emerging kde-meta. All proceeds fine until it gets to the callgrind package, and I get the following error:

checking for valgrind installation in /usr
checking for valgrind version... valgrind: failed to load /var/tmp/portage/valgrind-2.2.0-r2/image//usr/lib/valgrind/stage2: no such file or directory

configure: error: Unsupported version. Please use 2.0.x/2.2.x

I've already emerged valgrind 2.2.0-r2 successfully and I haven't a clue what's causing this.

Can anybody help?
