agere toshiba minipci card

Alright, I have been playing around with this one for a while.
I have tried emerging wireless-tools with iwconfig and ndiswrapper.
I have also tried emerging orinoco-drivers since I read that
may be related. At this current point I can get it to somewhat
work with pcmcia-cs and cardmgr. But I still cant use monitor
mode. It says I have a bad firmware (8.10). If anybody has an idea
how to resolve this I would really appreciate it.
