printing problems : samba+cups

my printers disappear from samba every time I reboot or after some longer period of time. right now the only solution is to restart samba demon ... any ideas ? plz help

The newest samba ebuild should provide the fix. The gentoo printing guide has been recently updated to include new information about using cups in conjunction with samba.
