apache upgraded...no ssl O_O [solved]

so I upgraded apache today...and for the first time in a little while restarted it...now the apache config file is moved to /etc/apache2/httpd.conf? and there's no mod_ssl.so anywhere on my system! Even though I checked that the ssl flag was turned on

now what?!

(I searched but didn't see anything relating to this problem quite exactly)
