when u have nvidia gfx installed and working etc..
when i update my kernel from like say.. 2.6.11-gentoo-r9 to 2.6.11-gentoo-r11 do i have to recompile my nvidia drivers?
i know u have to when the entire version changes but im jus wondering..

| Fact is that your kernel version has changed and jo have to recompile all modules which are outside your kernel against the new sources in /usr/src/linux... |
