Hi!
Recently, we succeeded in configuring a single computer for a multiuser environment where more than one person is able to work at the same computer by using the backstreet ruby kernel patch. It wasn't that easy since a majority of the documentation is quite outdated (2.4er kernel, xfree). That's why we patched a 2.4.25 SuSE kernel and a quite old version of xfree.
Now we would like to use Gentoo, a 2.6 kernel and xorg for this. I have already found some spare informations concerning this subject, but I couldn't find any website that describes such a configuration - only some hints that it would probably may work.
So is anybody here who succeeded in using backstreet ruby with newer software?
Regards,
