Hi, my ati drivers seems to be working somewhat ok. Im getting ok performance but not as good as I should.

Direct rendering is on, glxinfo shows everything as ok.

dmesg shows 95% of the stuff for ati is ok execpt one message :

[fglrx] module loaded - fglrx 8.12.10 [Apr 4 2005] on minor 0
mtrr: 0xd0000000,0x8000000 overlaps existing 0xd0000000,0x1000000
[fglrx:firegl_addmap] *ERROR* mtrr allocation failed (-22)
allocation failed: out of vmalloc space - use vmalloc=<size> to increase size.

Does anyone know how to correct this problem ?

add "vram=64" to the kernel line in grub.conf (assuming that you have 64Mb of video memory)

I had tried this first, but the kernel won´t even boot when I do this.
