It is being worked on. An ebuild is here:

According to the sites instructions i need to specify -DSOUND=1 to "make" when i'm compiling, but when using this ebuild how do i specify it ? I tried USE="-DSOUND=1" ..... without success. Do i need to edit the ebuild ?

If the ebuild is correct than it will do that for you. Did you try to use it as is?

If you're building from the ebuild, you have to have "fmod" in your USE flags to get sound.

However, I've tried this and am still getting no sound, so not sure what's up.
