Does anyone have any ideas as to why after recent emerges, the little applet version of GSM always displays zero while clicking on it opens the big GSM and it works?

Memory applet is way off also, I have given up and switched to gkrellm2, I like it seperate anyway and I like having it on multiple desktops, xfce4 and gnome so far. Highly recommended.
