Hello...
next week i will get a Dual IA64 system.
Where I can download the livecd for IA64?
I only can find the stages!

Maybe you can use a x86 livecd to untar the ia64 stage and crosscompile your final ia64 system.

There's an experimental IA64 livecd currently at https://i2.gentoo.osuosl.org/~plasmaroo/experimental-ia64-livecd.bug-plasmaroo.20050703.iso.

Join the #gentoo-ia64 irc channel on irc://irc.freenode.net if you have any questions or if the experimental livecd is no longer available.

The version has changed, so it's better to goto
https://i2.gentoo.osuosl.org/~plasmaroo/ and DL it from there :)
