Need to check requirements before I select my media player.
Can MythTV do all the following 100%? You must have experience of definite knowledge of this.
2. Media Player
MythTV

Required Features:
Audio – OGG/MP3/VBR/WMA/RAM/
Video – XviD/Mpeg2/DVD/DivX/WMV/RM
Pauses live TV
Shows 7 day programme guide
Records any selected programmes from the guide
Archive recorded programmes to DVD
Allows log-in via the internet to schedule recording remotely
Hold entire collection of MP3's
Stores and slideshows digital photos
Special section per album – album art

I don't use mythmusic much but I know mp3 & ogg for certain, you can also launch any external program using mythgame (which is meant to be an emulator frontend but can really launch anything you want)
