Recently I decided to switch from submount to ivman. So far, so good. But I have this little problem: the led indicating the hdd/cdrom activity keeps blinking about 2 times a second, which is very annoying, since the case is located under the monitor, in front of my eyes.
Is there anything I can do to solve this problem (never had this problem with submount before)?

Thanks,
Alin

Hi!
Could you ever solve this? I've got exactly the same problem. I don't use ivman, but hal + dbus + kde... It seems as if the flashing was caused by polling my CD-RW drive by either KDE or hal. I don't know.
