MPlayer interrupted by signal 11 in module: demux_open
- MPlayer crashed by bad usage of CPU/FPU/RAM.
Recompile MPlayer with --enable-debug and make a 'gdb' backtrace and
disassembly. Details in DOCS/HTML/en/bugreports_what.html#bugreports_crash.
- MPlayer crashed. This shouldn't happen.
It can be a bug in the MPlayer code _or_ in your drivers _or_ in your
gcc version. If you think it's MPlayer's fault, please read
DOCS/HTML/en/bugreports.html and follow the instructions there. We can't and
won't help unless you provide this information when reporting a possible bug.

I recompiled it with debug support, and Im not sure what I should be looking for. gdb says:

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
[Switching to Thread 16384 (LWP 8459)]
0xb769b471 in strncasecmp () from /lib/libc.so.6
(gdb) step
Single stepping until exit from function strncasecmp,
which has no line number information.
0xb7c20e50 in __pthread_sighandler () from /lib/libpthread.so.0
(gdb) step
Single stepping until exit from function __pthread_sighandler,
which has no line number information.

and then the error appears in a popup box:
MPlayer interuppted by signal 11 in module: demux_open

I am not sure what I should do from here. My sound seems to work fine, otherwise. Some videos I have on my hard drive play far too fast, but I think that's a seperate problem. Is there any more information I could provide that would be useful? Thanks!
