The scroll wheel on my mouse is not working so i have been reading on what to do to make it work, and i came across a post that said the xorg.conf file needed to be changed. The problem is, i can not seem to find my xorg.conf file, it is not in /X11 . i tried find:
Code: |
localhost / # find / xorg.conf
.
.
.
find: xorg.conf: No such file or directory
|
I am using kernel 2.6.11-gentoo-r11 |

it's usually under /etc/X11/, not /X11
If you haven't configured X, then run xorgconfig, and then take a look at the file it created. There should be an option that's been commented out that has something to do with mouse wheels. _________________
