hi folks,

i tried to install World Of Warcraft but i have to change the cdrom (because there are four of them). Now i tried to run

Code:

$ umount /dev/cdrom

but - surley - the device is busy. i dont know how to eject the cdrom drive and put the next cd in.
(i can stop the installation but thats not what i want to do ;))

maybe its easy but i dont know how to fix this "problem"

thanks in advance

make sure you are not in the path /mnt/cdrom then umount. or kill all programs running from the cdrom.

not sure about the wow installer, but try to copy all of the discs to one directory and install from there, that used to do the trick with most games...

I used to have similar problems with my removable media, but then I setup automount and never had anything like that again. Now my cdrom behaves like in windows (in this case that's a good thing). No more manual mount/umount
