|
|
the manual says:
Code Listing 14: Unmounting all partitions and rebooting
Code: |
# exit
cdimage ~# cd
cdimage ~# umount /mnt/gentoo/boot /mnt/gentoo/proc /mnt/gentoo
cdimage ~# reboot
|
but after # exit command i'm unable to unmount my /mnt/gentoo/boot /mnt/gentoo/proc /mnt/gentoo for some reason, bash says: command not found.
also what's cdimage? is it about livecd?

romalong,
The three fingered salute (Ctrl-Alt-Del) will cause a safe reboot, _________________ Regards,

You are only supposed to type everything after the '#', hope that helps. |

If you received this: Code: | bash: cdimage: command not found |
then you typed:
What should be entered is: Code: | cd
umount /mnt/gentoo/boot /mnt/gentoo/proc /mnt/gentoo
reboot |

cdimage is the name of the PC on which you are working or the folder in which you are at the moment.
Or at least it is so at my PC |
