I want to convert to gentoo however I have 1 question before I make the plunge.
can I install gentoo without kde or gnome, just fluxbox.
I want a clean system consisting of only apps that I actually use instead of 7 of everything like redhat.

| of course... thats the whole point of Gentoo. You install a fully customized base system and you build what you want from there through portage. |
