Problem with emerge of kde-meta

I've run into a problem I can't seem to easily work around. I am hoping someone looking at it can tell me what is going on.
I've run "emerge kde-meta" and I got within 20 builds of being done. Here is what I am seeing:

(this just happens to be of ksysguard but it happens on all the 19!)
