Kaffeine does not install

I have updated to kaffeine 0.7.1
And when it is started (I mean installtion at first time) it is halts and its window does not respond.
What to do?

What USEs did you set? What CFLAGS?

Thank you for attention.
But I have already resolved this problem.
First of all I use the following command in console: alias kaffeine="LC_ALL=POSIX kaffeine"
Then I started it up by simply typing kaffeine.
And next to put all in good working order I changed LC_ALL from "" to "POSIX"
Next env-update, reboot and all is up and runing well.
