How do I know which port my mouse is on? Whenever I try and log into X (using startx) it kicks me out and tells me it can't find any input devices.

It's currently set at:

Code:

Identifier "Mouse1"
Driver "mouse"
Option "Protocol" "Auto"
Option "Device" "/dev/mouse"

This is a laptop with a touchpad.

Try using /dev/input/mice
