PgDn/PgUp history completion

I like this Gentoo behaviour very much. how can I enable it on my RedHat box (besides as replacing it with Gentoo :-)

That should be in /etc/inputrc. I'm not that familiar with the inputrc on redhat boxen, but you should be able to copy out the appropriate lines and put them on the redhat box.
