Hello. I was following http://tjw.org/etded/ and i pretty much completed it. but there is a rc.etded file and it says it goes in /etc/rc.d/init.d/ or something ike that. I dont have that. i threw it in init.d and its not working right...
Code: | anubis enemy-territory # /etc/init.d/rc.etded start
anubis enemy-territory # Could not find a PID for /usr/local/enemy-territory/enemy-territory/etded.x86!
If etded.x86 is actually running, update /usr/local/bin/etded.sh
so that it can properly detect the PID of /usr/local/enemy-territory/enemy-territory/etded.x86.

Now is there a way to get a server set up the right way and dedicated on my home box to tinker around with. I know you can just to to hostgame in the main menu but i wanna do something to http://tjw.org/etded 's effect. Let me know what i should do to get it running. thanks
