Hello all,

I am using entrance as a login manager. I can login into xfce4 or e17.
When quitting, I have a black screen instead of entrance again ?

Do you have a clue ? Can this come from kernel options ?

Regards

There's a thread about e17 around and you could also look at http://www.get-e.org/
Other then that I don't know.

Entrance is buggy and hasn't been actively developed/maintained for a long time - I don't use it myself because of similar problems, that I haven't managed to fix.

I don't use any login manager - just ~/.xinitrc and startx. There will probably be future development regarding Entrance, but I'm not the one who can/should answer that question.

If you do want a graphical manager, there are quite a few to choose from, GDM, KDM.. etc.. These do require quite a few libraries if you do not already have them.
