I just tested it and it works for me. I'd say you're broken.

Works for me too. After you click on the link, it should change to "Stop watching this topic.". When someone posts to a thread you are "watching", you'll get an email notification that the thread has been posted to with a link to the post. _________________ Quis separabit? Quo animo? |

Is it just me or are the email notifications of replies not going out? I know I am not getting them anymore. |

Actually, it seems the sending address has changed. It was getting caught in my filtering. Thanks, to the great filtering that hotmail provides, I have to have every address listed in my safe list. |

Check your profile and check the topics you are watching, making sure that:- Your e-mail address is correct.
- You have "Always notify me of replies:" set to "yes"
- You haven't unchecked "Notify me when a reply is posted" when you post an actual message.
- No one has replied to a topic you are watching
Those are the only reasons I can think of why you may not be getting reply notifications. _________________ Join the adopt an unanswered post initiative today

You should expect them to be coming from blackhole@... instead of nitro@.... _________________ if i never try anything, i never learn anything..

I just received a notification from Bugzilla now, and have received some through the last week. Thus, you probably have a problem with your email. _________________ "I'm just very selective about the reality I choose to accept." -- Calvin |

The last notification I recieved was back on 21st od October (by nitro@gentoo.org). I do filtering, but for the subject line, and even if it would be a problem with filtering them into the approriate folder, I still would see them in my inbox or any other folder, as I don't do destructive filtering.
But there are posts in watched threads and I didn't recieved a notification.

The sender address for notifications has changed. Please make sure you are not filtering it to the wrong place. Also, there are some tips above about account configurations that you may want to check. _________________ if i never try anything, i never learn anything..

As I said above I filtered the mail by the "Subject:" line, not by the "From:" field, but I even took that out now and deactivated SpamAssassin and the clamav filters, although they were configured to move spam and infected mails just in special folders.
I had no filter configured to delete anything, and I didn't changed the configuration when no mails arrived anymore. I searched in all folders for the missing notifications, but couldn't find them. So the only possibilty is that the virus or the spam filter just swalloed them.
Could somebody please reply to this post, so I see if it works now?

No. Nothing from gentoo in my inbox, or in any other folder. But I got a notification from another (german, not forums.gentoo.org) forum... and some spam. I double checked my profile and the notification checkbock in the "write a reply" page... Nothing. Since a week I start my visits on forums.gentoo.org by searching for my own name to see if someone had replied... |

Still no notifications. Am I the only one with this problem? I checked all I could think of locally and im my forums setting (and didn't changed anything when notification started not appear anymore).
