Hello,

Has anyone managed to get lm_sensors to work on any of the Asus P5 motherboards? I myself have a P5GDC-V Deluxe, and have almost gone bald pulling my hair.

Thanks

1st get the latest lm_sensors, preferably the cvs version. http://www2.lm-sensors.nu/~lm78/
2nd get the latest kernel because they have been adding new sensors.
Once you have done these then do a sensor detect to see what is found.

Thanks for the tips!
(partial success so far - sensors have been detected by "sensors-detect", but still nothing from "sensors"; I'll wait a bit more, since I'm aversed to downloading unstable kernel versions)
