hey guys im really new to linux maybe you can help me..
my gentoo uses a static ip and i have been upgrading my routers and adding a firewall and in this process my ip changed... well i dont remember how we set the ip and gateway ect... up...
Can yall be of some assistance?
i am running a few websites off of this box.. i need to get it back up ASAP...

Edit your /etc/conf.d/net and change the IP value. |

Take a look at the handbook. It ain't that hard.
But if you have all the data, the easiest would be to run .....
... and answer the questions you'll be asked by the script. |

BTW...
that net-setup eth0 dont work..
