When I do 'df -h' it says i'm using 5.5 gigs, yet when i right click in konquerer on / then properties, then calculate, it only shows i'm using 4.9 gigs (subtracting /mnt and /proc) and I was curious why this is. Not really a problem (at least i don't think so), just curious.

| Well, subtracting /mnt and /proc is probably more accurate. /mnt is where you temporarily mount other file systems and /proc is a filesystem interface to your RAM memory. |
