If I go to the website of the manufacturer I can find
----------------------------------------
Driver Name SiS 900 LAN driver
Version 1.16b
Release Date 2003/03/28
Update Description SiS 900 LAN driver
Special Note CD 2.4s
File Size 235KB
Support O.S Windows family
Under
-------------
K7S5A(1.1)
-------------
don't know if that's exactly your model though.. but
--> Therefore I would suggest you try using the following modul in your kernel:
--- Networking support
Ethernet (10 or 100Mbit) --->
< > SiS 900/7016 PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter support
