mod_jk2 is unsupported. It used to be in portage, but since the developers have given up on it, there's probably no value in it any more. mod_jk is recommended instead as far as I know.

As I known, mod_jk is used to connect with apache, and mod_jk2 is used to connect with apache2. Is mod_jk used to connect with both apache and apache2 in gentoo?

mod_jk is masked, and requires a newer ebuild of apache that is also masked. I have no problem with this, but that version of apache blocks mod_php.

Does this mean one cannot use mod_jk and mod_php at the same time?

You should follow this document to fix your issue: http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/apache-upgrading.xml

Basically add "dev-php/mod_php" to your /etc/portage/package.keywords
