Is only the menu button missing? Or is it the whole bar? 'Cause if it is the whole bar, it can be started by opening a terminal and evoking 'kicker'.

Look, there is a picture of what I get if I right click on the file (the problem is that there is no delete button). If I click "move to trash delete" the files does not get deleted, but it stays right there. What seem to be he problem. And when I had my previous gentoo installed there were two buttons: "move to trash" and "delete" and both worked (delete -totally deleted files while "move to trash just moved it to trash and then I must empt my wastebastin in order the files to be deleted totally). Please help!

Seems like you may be missing KDE packages. Did you install kdebase-meta (all base packages) or did you go and emerge them all separately (kdebase, kdelibs etc)?

Now I deleted all that packages listed above and I installed kdebase, but it still didn't work. In fact, it only made things worge, I didn't have some programs -like konqueror and similar ones I really need to have? Any ideas what to do?

This is the solution:

Configure Konqueror -> Behavior -> Show 'Delete' ...
