How should I configure Firestarter so it would not asks me for root password every time I login as user... |

You probably shouldn't!
Have a look at http://firestarter.sourceforge.net/manual/gettingstarted.php where the implication is that Firestarter is meant to be run as root.
Because firestarter is a firewall it needs root access to provide its basic functions. I suspect, but don't definitely know, that starting to run as a non-root user Firestarter would not have the privileges needed to actuallly work.
